This organization is for people who are having trouble getting justice in court and are representing themselves pro se. It is also for people who believe in restoring integrity and honesty to the judicial system and make sure that lawyers and judges are required to follow their own rules. Price of Liberty -- The price of liberty is far more than simple vigilance. The price includes the integrity to accept complete personal responsibility for our lives, safety, property and welfare. The price that so many find hardest to pay, however, is the integrity to leave everyone else alone to do the same. Public Committee on Attorney Conduct (PCAC) -- (NY) The Public Committee On Attorney Conduct will review both past and present cases brought before the New York State grievance committees to provide an independent review and analysis of the facts, and issue proposed findings. Is a non-profit group to obtain accountability by our public servants, whether elected, appointed or hired and to devise the means to be heard so that we can achieve positive change. Our purpose is to provide real assistance and solutions for citizens suffering from injustices. NEVADA South Dakota Judicial Accountability/ Constitutional Amendment E -- Last summer and fall (2005) some 46,800 South Dakotans signed the Judicial Accountability Amendment petition. You may have been one of them. If so, thank you for helping to get the Amendment on the November 2006 ballot as Amendment E! . . . Basically what Amendment E will do is create a "citizen's oversight committee" with the sole purpose of hearing complaints against judges alleging judicial misconduct.
Victims of the System -- It is the intent of the Constitution and our belief that all men are created equal. In that regard, all men should be afforded the same rights under the Constitution. The monetary or educational inequities that one possesses should not be construed as a disadvantage in the due process rights within the legal and professional systems. Rather, We the People, need to think of these times as “the era of human kindness”. It is our responsibility to help make this world a better place for “All the People”.
