Lincoln Fraudulently Arrested

TEXAS – Legal crusader Charles Lincoln, of Lago Vista, Texas, was
arrested August 15 or 16, and as this is written, is being held on a
federal warrant in the Duval County Jail, Jacksonville, Florida.

The order for arrest was issued by
Judge Lynn
N. Hughes, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas,
Houston Division.
The judge has been hearing
Civil Action H-06-1479,
Jacques
Jaikaran vs. U.S. Bank N.A. et. al.
Jaikaran, a Houston plastic surgeon, is represented by
attorney Andrea Atalay, 10804 Ridgeway Suite
220, Jonestown, TX 78645, 512/267-5656. Charles Lincoln has been
assisting her at a legal researcher, which does not constitute the
practice of law under the rules of the State of Texas.
The judge ruled, sua sponte (on his own motion) that Lincoln was
"co-counsel" of Jaikaran, and ordered his appearance in court, but did
not serve notice on Lincoln, either directly or through an attorney of
record for him, which he does not currently have. When Lincoln did not
appear, Judge Hughes issued a bench warrant, and sent U.S. marshals to
arrest Lincoln. They found him in a Best /western motel in Live Oak,
Florida, where he was resting after having a one-car motor accident
while traveling back to Texas, after a visit to Florida where he was
doing some paralegal work for another lawyer in another case.
It is thought by his supporters that Jaikaran is being persecuted for
writing his book, Debt Virus, available through
Amazon
which is seen as an attack on the banks and Federal Reserve System.
An attorney from the Office of the Federal Defender has been appointed
to represent Lincoln, Maurice C.
Grant II, 904/232-3039 voice, 232-1937 fax. He has expressed concern
that Lincoln might be put through a process of moving him from place to
place, preventing service of a writ of habeas corpus. Activists know
this as "diesel therapy", or "dieseling".

Judge Hughes
has acted as the investigator, prosecutor (persecutor), 'judge', jury,
and executioner. The Judge does not want the facts (money issue) made
public and is punishing everyone connected directly and indirectly with
my case.
The least, I
believe, that should be done to Hughes is that he should be removed from
the bench and prosecuted for gross abuse of power, interference in and
subversion of my case and for being a clear and present danger to
private safety, welfare, and liberty.
I believe
that a flurry of judicial complaints against Hughes should be sent
directly to the 'Senate Judiciary Committee' in
Washington, D.C.
