Family Law Courts --
The short version: It begins and ends with money. . . .
This site is packed with many newspaper reports, charts and DOJ stats;
all of which reveal, much like the indifferent police department
personnel of Castle Rock, Colorado, in the case
of Castle Rock vs. Gonzales; an indifference that contributed to
the murder of three innocent little girls; women and children are not
afforded the constitutional right to be safe.

Addressing Problems Of Abuse And Corruption In Family Court. . .
People In The Streets are 100 times more powerful then any "court
watcher". We all agree the courts are not following the law. Competent
legal council incorporated with a street level protest is effective
because it gives your average attorney courage to actually practice law.
It also tends to make judges obey the law because they know they are
being watched. Only we can change what's going on. These are OUR courts
not the judges'.
Parents Without Rights
We believe it is in the best interests
of our children and paramount to their well-being that both parents
remain an important part of their lives following a divorce. As
taxpayers and as voters, we feel that Florida has an obligation to

Default Paternity Judgment Innocence Project

men are trapped by default judgments into paying 18 years of child
support for children who are not theirs, and who in many cases they’ve
never even met.

F.R.A.M.E.D. (Fathers Rights And Men Ending Discrimination)

also about Children, Mothers, and Families. Right now the majority of
Father's are at a disadvantage compared to mothers when it comes to
parental rights.......these parental rights need to be equal between
both fit Mother's and Father's! For the sake of our Children! Our
constitutional/civil rights are being trampled on and it must stop now!

A father's rights group centered in northern
California. Legends has filed numerous briefs at the state supreme court

MadMenUnited.Org -- dedicated
to bring organization and awareness to issues concerning men. Issues
where men are not getting fair representation in the media or the
courts. Issues that we believe are so discriminatory as to be actually
against the law. Issues that when looked at in depth are not just
injustices against men, but also to society as a whole. These issues are
contributing to the destruction of marriage and the traditional family.
This is contributing to children in our society being raised fatherless.

reform to bring about better outcomes for children.
The National Association of
Non-Custodial Moms, Inc.
an organization dedicated to providing a community of
emotional support to non-custodial mothers through the provision of
educational and supportive resources, believes children have a right
to have both fit and loving parents included in their lives as
equally as possible. Being a fit and loving parent doesn't
necessarily mean being the parent who has the most money or who
fights hardest in court. Sometimes the most loving parent is the one
that doesn't want to put the children through an emotionally
draining court battle and more often times than not, the parent that
chooses this route is the mother.--
