GA Judge causes father to commit suicide!
Dear
Concerned Parent:
11-30-08 -- the National Parents Rights
Association (NPRA) is sad to report the suicide
early this morning of one of our members, a
loving father, Gregory Eisenhauer.
Greg
lived in Alpharetta, GA and is survived by his
three young children, Katie, John Patrick and
David.
|

Judge Bensonetta T. Lane |
After a horrible three year court battle in
Fulton County Georgia, Greg finally received the
judge's decision on Wednesday the day before
Thanksgiving.
That
decision stripped him of any decision making in
his children's lives and relegated him to
"visitor" status with approximately 15%
parenting time.
Greg
was a pillar of the community, and despite the
many false allegations perpetrated upon him (as
is usual in these cases) he remained committed
to gaining shared custody of his children.
His
former wife's attorneys, Nancy Lawler and Pilar
Prinz did a brilliant job along with the aid,
assistance and complicity of the Guardian ad
litem, Susan Hurst; the Court Evaluator,
Elizabeth King and the children's counselor
Sandy Bastianello in breaking this father,
financially and emotionally and casting
aspersions on his good name. Greg was a
wonderful, involved and loving father at all
times.
Judge Bensonetta Lane decided to rubber stamp
the Court appointed evaluators rather than
listen to the NPRA independent evaluators.
Dr.
Monty Weinstein and Karen Wagner testified as to
Greg's fitness as a parent and the need to grant
him shared parenting in the children's best
interest.
Please keep Greg and his children in your
prayers. He will be truly missed.
There will be a memorial service for him with
details to follow.
Sincerely,
Dr. Monty Weinstein and Karen Wagner /

Donations to NPRA can be make in Greg's name and
will be used to provide legal assistance to
parents.

Your Brother in Christ Minister
Ronald Smith called Home to be with Yahweh
It is with a heavy heart, and deep sympathy,
that I announce to you today that Minister
Ronald Smith was called home to be with the
Lord. Minister Smith passed away from an
apparent heart attack on September 5, 2008.
Children Need Both Parents
mourns the loss of it's founder and
CEO. We praise God that Minister Smith finished
all that God charged him with, and is re-united
in Heaven with his son Richmond. We vow to press
on with the vision God gave him. Everyone here
appreciates your love and support through this
most difficult of times.
May God continue to shine upon you.
Minister Ronald Smith believed in a proper
accounting of God's resources. In our efforts to
honor his memory, and honor his principles of
stewardship, we humbly request that donations be
sent in lieu of flowers. This will enable us to
more effectively continue the work God began in
him.

IN MEMORIAM
A True Freedom
Fighter Leaves Us
Aaron Russo,
Freedom Fighter, Film Producer, Businessman,
Lover of Life Itself Has Passed Away
Jim Paulson,
Minnesota
8/24/07
-- I am deeply saddened to report that Aaron
Russo passed away this morning after a long
battle with cancer He made a most remarkable
contribution to the freedom movement. He will be
dearly missed.
It is up to us to
continue to uncover the dark secrets about
America; to bring them into the light of truth.
It is up to us to continue to fight for the
Rights that our Creator has granted us. It is up
to us to remain ever vigilant so that we will
remain free.
These things, I
believe, is what Aaron would tell us to continue
to fight for; what he would expect of us.
God Bless Aaron
Russo. May he rest in Peace.
Aaron Russo: Freedom Fighter Rest In
Peace

Writer Sarah Foster, © 2007 NewsWithViews.com
Award-winning
Hollywood filmmaker and libertarian political activist Aaron Russo succumbed to
cancer early, Thursday morning. He was 64. . .
. His many friends and admirers even those who
did not know him personally but know only his
work -- are devastated. . . . "Aaron Russo
leaves an important legacy in movies, politics
and popular culture," writes attorney Richard
Boddie, a long-time friend and political ally.
"From these significant contributions to the
world, future freedom fighters have a foundation
to carry on our dream of a freer society." . .
born in
Brooklyn, Feb. 14, 1943, Russo achieved much
during his distinguished 40-year career in the
entertainment industry, winning Grammy, Tony and
Emmy awards. He opened a nightclub in Chicago
when he was just 24, from which he promoted some
of the 1960's most successful rock acts
including The Who, Janis Joplin, The Grateful
Dead and Jefferson Airplane. He brought Led
Zeppelin to the United States, and beginning in
the 1970s managed Bette Midler and, later, the
Manhattan Transfer. He was awarded an Emmy for a
Bette Midler TV special, and a gold record for
producing the soundtrack to The Rose. His films
have been nominated for six Academy Awards, and
seven Golden Globes, and have won three Golden
Globe Awards. . . . These are major
accomplishments, but he will probably be best
remembered for his 2006 documentary feature film
"America: From Freedom to Fascism" which he
wrote, produced, and starred in. . . . As a
documentary it is so powerful that one critic
said "it makes [Michael Moore's] Fahrenheit 9/11
look like Bambi."

Pamela Gaston Passed On
I ask God for help and He gave me Pamela ( The name means honey
girl) and now he has taken her away and I cannot imagine life
without her. I love you Pamela...Your husband Will.
--Below photo is Pam and her husband,
Will.--

Pamela K Gaston died (12/20/04) in her sleep. Pamela was an
artist. activist and author Her book Sui Juris the truth in the
record, has been very instrumental in the parental recovery
of children from state abuse our archives have scores of letters
of gratitude to Pam for the advice and steerage through the courts
that she gave to the rendered. Pamela also wrote the book
"Counterfeit Reality"
Pam ( Pammie her husband called her...
she didn't like it) was very active in the Sui Juris movement. She
and Mike Marsh, Co-Founders of the Fifth Amendment Coalition
brought the Amended Article VII into the Oregon Supreme Court on a
oral hearing and prove it is fraudulent, named it as treason and
charged the Justices with treason. They did not dispute and what
is not disputed in law is legal fact. That may be seen on her web
www.avoiceforchildren.com
She was Co-Founder of. " A Voice For Children, She was Director of
AVFC's online news and legal advice service, Her readers numbered
into the millions.
She put scores of free legal advice pamphlets on her web site.
FREE she never charged for anything, except the books do sell for
a minimal fee. But the Pamphlets are free for the down load. I
told her many tines If every one who reads Pamela were to send a
quarter to her she'd be a millionaire. She always laughed and
said, "hey a dime would do that" but we never solicited funds.
She thought it hurt our creditability and we never say anything we
can't prove. Truth cannot be disputed.
Pamela is survived by her husband Will Gaston, her Daughter
Rachael Meziere, a son Kevin Meziere, a sister Debbie Bailey and
two nephews.
Her book Sui Juris, and her art will assure her a place in
history and her work in Gods service will assure her place at the
table she will be missed by all and its a great blow to the
Constitutionalist..
Her devastated husband Bro Will |
“The Celebration of a new
Beginning"
The night before she died Pamela
said she felt like she was entering a new life, like she was being
born again.
